AGREEMENT

This agreement is between TIX® Travel Rewards user, herein known as USER whose name is outlined in the TIX® Travel Rewards Application, and TIX® Travel & Ticket Agency, Inc., a travel agency consortium, having its principal place of business in Nyack, NY herein known as TIX.  Both parties hereto agree with and will abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

Users who purchase airline tickets through TIX Travel's website or participating independent TIX Travel Agents are eligible for the Travel Rewards benefits.  Airline Tickets purchased online or through a participating TIX Travel Agent are subject to a non-refundable $20 per ticket service fee.  Only bookings which generate a service fee are eligible for the Travel Rewards discounts.  The purchase of airline tickets online from TIX's website or a participating independent TIX Travel Agent, constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

COUPONS

USERS shall receive the following benefits:

A.  One $10 discount coupon good towards the purchase of a Cruise Package.  The Cruise Package must have a base price of at least $500 per person, before taxes, port charges and government fees.  The Cruise package must be purchased through a participating independent TIX Travel Agent or the TIX Travel website.  Internet bookings must be made through the link provided on your Cruise Coupon.

B.  One $10 discount coupon good towards the purchase of a Vacation Package.  Vacation Packages are considered airline tickets combined with hotel and/or transfers and/or car rental.  Vacation Packages must have a base price of at least $500 per person before taxes, delivery fees and related non-commissionable charges.  The Vacation Package must be purchased through a participating independent TIX Travel Agent or the TIX Travel website.  Internet bookings must be made through the link provided on your Vacation Package Coupon.

C.  One $10 discount coupon good towards the purchase of a Concert Ticket.

D.  One $10 discount coupon good towards the purchase of a Sporting Event Ticket.

E.  One $10 discount coupon good towards the purchase of a Theater Ticket.

Concerts, sporting event and theater tickets (herein known as Entertainment Tickets) must be purchased through a participating independent TIX Travel Agent or the TIX Travel website.  Internet bookings must be made through the link provided on your Entertainment Ticket Coupons.
The Entertainment Ticket order must be over $125.00 per ticket.  Entertainment Ticket prices include a substantial service chare above the face value.  The service charge varies depending on supply and demand for the event as well as the quality of the seats.

Coupons are awarded and redeemable only by the USER whose name appears on the coupon.   Discount coupon awards can not be sold, transferred, bartered or exchanged.  Coupons have no cash value.  Coupons expire six-months from date issued.   USER will receive their discount in the form of a rebate issued by either TIX Travel or the participating independent TIX Travel Agent after travel has been completed.  TIX validates all coupons to determine eligibility.  TIX is the final judge of coupon authenticity.  

FREE TRAVEL INSURANCE

TIX shall provide USER with $25,000 worth of travel insurance.  Activation instructions are included with the USERS introduction.  Travel insurance is provide by Travel Guard and is subject to change without notice.

TRAVEL ACCESSORY DISCOUNTS

TIX may provides USER with discounts and special prices on travel accessories and related merchandise and services.  All benefits are provided by independent vendors and are subject to change.  USER agrees to hold TIX harmless for any transactions with discount product providers.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties.  There are no representations either oral or written, except those contained in this agreement.  This offer subject to change without notice.
